頓挫感是怎樣的感受?相信很多車主都深有體會(huì),當(dāng)掛擋完成以后,要是直接放開離合就會(huì)熄火;當(dāng)慢慢放離合,踩油門的時(shí)候,在車速和擋位不匹配的情況下容易出現(xiàn)拖擋,車子一卡一卡地向前走但又不熄火時(shí)的那種感覺就是頓挫感。

什么情況下最容易產(chǎn)生頓挫?

急加速或者剎車后再加速這兩種情況是最容易產(chǎn)生頓挫的,電腦的換擋邏輯是根據(jù)駕駛者踩油門情況來進(jìn)行判斷分析的,正常情況下,當(dāng)駕駛者慢慢加油,電腦的原本邏輯只需要升擋就可以完成加速,但是由于力度過大,離合器在升擋途中發(fā)現(xiàn)需要降擋才能完成這次急加速的意圖,此時(shí)又立馬進(jìn)行減擋處理,這樣一來一回的時(shí)間里面,動(dòng)力不能夠順暢地傳輸,這樣就容易產(chǎn)生頓挫了。一般來說,車子頓挫是因?yàn)榘l(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速與離合器片的轉(zhuǎn)速不同步引起的,那具體有哪些原因呢,下面來分析分析:
The two situations that are most prone to jerking are sudden acceleration or accelerating after braking. The shift logic of the computer is judged and analyzed based on the driver's stepping on the accelerator. Under normal circumstances, when the driver slowly refuels, the computer's original logic only needs to upshift to complete the acceleration. However, due to excessive force, the clutch discovers that it needs to downshift during the upshift to complete the intention of this sudden acceleration. At this time, it immediately downshifts. In this way, power cannot be transmitted smoothly during the back and forth time, which can easily cause jerking. Generally speaking, car jolts are caused by the engine speed not synchronizing with the clutch plate speed. What are the specific reasons for this? Let's analyze them below:
一、正常的原因
1、 Normal reasons
1、升擋頓挫多數(shù)原因是因?yàn)樽兯傧涞南鄳?yīng)速度不夠快,升擋速度跟不上你踩油門的速度,所以在變速箱換擋的一剎那,頓挫感就來了。2、降擋頓挫多數(shù)是因?yàn)槟芰炕厥障到y(tǒng)的介入,一旦駕駛者松開油門踏板或踩下制動(dòng)踏板,發(fā)電機(jī)會(huì)立即開始工作,就會(huì)搭上發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),給發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)造成一些負(fù)擔(dān),影響發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速,使發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速與離合器片轉(zhuǎn)速不同步,這樣就會(huì)有頓挫的感覺。3、低速頓挫很多車主有這種情況,由于低速行駛的時(shí)候擋位在一二擋之間頻繁切換,離合器不斷的分離和結(jié)合,短時(shí)間內(nèi)不能暢順地完成動(dòng)力傳輸,就造成了常見的低速頓挫,啟動(dòng)與低速的時(shí)候會(huì)有頓挫感,這個(gè)正常的話一般是低轉(zhuǎn)速的時(shí)候渦輪增壓介入,影響了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速。

Most of the reasons for upshifting jerks are because the corresponding speed of the gearbox is not fast enough, and the upshifting speed cannot keep up with the speed at which you step on the accelerator, so the jerking feeling comes at the moment when the gearbox shifts gears. 2. Downshifting jerks are mostly caused by the intervention of the energy recovery system. Once the driver releases the accelerator pedal or steps on the brake pedal, the generator will immediately start working, which will put some burden on the engine and affect its speed. This will cause the engine speed to be out of sync with the clutch plate speed, resulting in a jerky feeling. 3. Many car owners experience low-speed jerking. Due to frequent gear shifts between first and second gears while driving at low speeds, the clutch constantly disengages and engages, preventing smooth power transmission in a short period of time, resulting in common low-speed jerking. There is a jerking sensation during start-up and low-speed driving, which is usually caused by turbocharger intervention at low speeds, affecting engine speed.
二、不正常的原因
2、 Abnormal reasons
1、變速箱擋位程序設(shè)定問題;2、變速箱內(nèi)部臟污和雜質(zhì),內(nèi)部臟污或雜質(zhì)導(dǎo)致不能對(duì)變速箱油壓進(jìn)行有效調(diào)節(jié),從而造成頓挫;3、變速箱散熱問題,變速箱散熱不良,會(huì)導(dǎo)致變速箱異常高溫,從而影響變速箱油的性能,如果溫度超過120℃,變速箱的橡膠密封材料會(huì)變硬,造成變速箱滲漏,從而影響油壓,造成頓挫。

The problem of transmission heat dissipation is that poor transmission heat dissipation can cause abnormal high temperatures in the transmission, thereby affecting the performance of the transmission oil. 三、處理步驟

1、先對(duì)照上面說的“正常原因”,想想這個(gè)頓挫是不是正常的,一般來說如果這頓挫感一直有,那么應(yīng)該是正常的,如果某天突然感覺不一樣了,那就可能有問題了;2、檢查變速箱的溫度是不是正常,如果不正常,檢查變速箱散熱系統(tǒng),散熱沒問題,繼續(xù)看下面的;3、對(duì)變速箱電腦系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行重新編程設(shè)置;4、更換變速箱油,換變速箱油需2年或4萬公里更換一次;5、檢查變速箱內(nèi)部閥體是否有損壞。
